Your Role: Social Media Video Creator

Here’s what you’ll do:

Craft Compelling Videos: Develop short-form videos (30-60 seconds) that capture attention, evokes emotion, and drives action. You are expected to create ---------- short videos per month for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Focus on Outcomes, Not Outputs: Apply the jobs-to-be-done framework to ensure your content meets our clients’ objectives and delivers meaningful results. Your content will align with our clients' goals and resonate with their target audiences.

What We’re Looking For
If you have the following traits, you might be the perfect fit:

Strong command of the English language
3+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment (preferably within an agency)
Excellent time management skills
Proficiency with different video editing tools
A keen understanding of social media performance metrics
