Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help grow our client base for 1:1 Martial Arts sessions. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting them into loyal clients. Your role will be pivotal in expanding the business and enhancing our brand visibility in the community.

I’m looking for consistent daily engagement on Instagram, including posts and stories that attract and resonate with my target audience. Additionally, I need outreach through direct messages to local prospects, with the goal of converting them into clients. It's important to maintain ongoing communication with leads and clients to keep them informed and engaged. All bookings and appointments are managed through my app, so clients will need to be guided through the booking process seamlessly.

Our focus is on targeting a male audience specifically within the Rugby area of England, ensuring clients live nearby to minimize booking cancellations and promote punctuality. My goal is to build a base of 20 loyal clients in the martial arts niche, ranging from beginners to professional fighters.
