JOB OVERVIEW

Join our dynamic team as a Lead Generation Specialist, where you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging with high-potential prospects. Your main goal is to discover and qualify leads through creative and data-driven methods like social media outreach, email marketing, and networking at industry events. You will be the key connection point between potential clients and our sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient lead management through our CRM system. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Prospecting & Generation:
Identify potential clients using market research and strategic networking.
Leverage multiple channels such as social media, email campaigns, and industry events to discover new leads.

Lead Qualification:
Engage prospects to understand their business needs and determine their fit for our Forex services.
Conduct outreach through phone, email, and social media to qualify leads for the sales team.

CRM Management:
Accurately record and maintain client details in the CRM system.
Track interactions and follow-up activities to ensure efficient lead progression.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:
Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless lead handoff.
Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to refine strategies.

Industry Knowledge & Trends:
Stay updated on the latest Forex market trends and industry developments.
Attend webinars, conferences, and industry events to expand your network and knowledge base.

Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on lead generation KPIs and metrics.
Offer insights and recommendations for enhancing lead generation effectiveness.

Essential Skills:
Communication & Presentation:
Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage potential clients.
Ability to simplify complex Forex concepts for a non-expert audience.

Sales & Negotiation Expertise:
Familiar with sales techniques and adept at negotiation.
Capable of persuading and influencing potential clients effectively.

Research & Analytical Abilities:
Excellent analytical skills to identify opportunities and track market trends.
Skilled in conducting comprehensive market research.

CRM Expertise:
Proficient in using CRM software to manage and organize leads.
Detail-oriented in maintaining accurate client records.

Self-Starter Attitude:
Highly motivated and proactive in pursuing new leads and opportunities.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Forex markets and trading platforms.
Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.

Organizational & Time Management:
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and leads efficiently.
Strong time management to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
