JOB OVERVIEW

We are Apipema LLC, an eCommerce company that specializes in industrial adhesive and home improvement products. We operate in the USA, Mexico, and Canada. We are now expanding to UK, and other European markets. We have been growing rapidly for the past years, so we are looking for a new tea ---------- mber that will contribute significantly towards everyone's success.

WHAT WE NEED

Work hours are flexible but we appreciate those working in the morning then late afternoon to evening. You can work any time during that period provided that you can accomplish all tasks handed over to you. Below are your itemized tasks

1. Answering 15 - 20 emails per day. Templates are provided and minor edits are just needed for tweaking the draft to provide more nuance to the customer's concern.
2. Answering Dialpad calls, around 5-10 calls PER MONTH. We rarely get calls and it's not realtime. All calls are recorded and are answered at PH time.
3. Reporting arising issues and providing action plans based on customer’s feedback/reviews we are receiving.
4. Creating Amazon cases for issues with our account.
5. Contacting Amazon customer support for problems with our account.
6. Organizing files on Google Drive and other platform we need.
7. Maintaining Google Docs and Sheets based on instructions.

We need an honest Virtual Assistant that can work mainly for customer service. You will be responsible for responding to customer messages via Gmail. Templates are already available, and so you can customize the templates for each email reply. You will be responsible for issuing instruction manuals, refunds, or replacements based on the customer's concern. You will be given training materials for navigating through Seller Central, so previous experience in Amazon is not required, albeit appreciated.

There are some calls on our Dialpad (<10 calls per month), which you would have to respond from time to time.
Essentially, this is a 40-hour workweek credit (but tasks can be done in less than 40 hours per week depends on how efficient you work and deliver all outputs expected on time.
