About Us:
We run a Two man & Truck Removalist business based in Australia and we are in the process of growing our business.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in Social media management, particularly in Facebook , and expertise in using anti-detect browsers with proxy settings (IMPORTANT). Our ideal candidate is someone who can manage multiple tasks efficiently, from account farming to ad posting and management in order to generate as many leads as humanly possible.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Australian Facebook Account Farming:**
- Create and manage 3 Australian Facebook accounts per week using anti-detect browsers with proxy settings (Australia based).
- Ensure each account adheres to Facebook's guidelines and avoids detection issues.
(You will start using my 6 x aged facebook ---------- with proxies, plus farming/managing 3 x new accounts per week.)

2. **AirTasker Account Management:**
- Oversee and manage the AirTasker account to ensure tasks are posted and managed efficiently.
- Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers and clients through the platform.

3. **Ad Posting:**
- Regularly post ads on various Facebook accounts.
- Ensure ads are engaging and meet the targeted audience requirements.
-We are targeting Facebook MARKETPLACE in particular and placing service based ads in there is "challenging" as they usually get deleted.

4. **Photo Editing for Ads:**
- Edit and enhance photos to be used in ads, ensuring high-quality visuals that attract attention.

5. **Facebook Paid Ad Management:**
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook.
- Analyze ad performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in social media management, particularly with Facebook, as is the only social media platform that we are currently using.
- Expertise in using anti-detect browsers with proxy settings. (You need to be a Rockstar on this, otherwise please do not apply).
- Familiarity with Facebook ad policies and best practices.
- Strong understanding of AirTasker platform management.
- Proficiency in photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with Australian Facebook accounts and local ad strategies.
- Previous experience in virtual assistance roles focusing on social media and ad management.

Goal:
Assistant should be able to bring as many leads as possible.

Our base budget for this new VA, is $1,000au dollar a month Plus Bonuses based on performance.

Bonuses:
Bonus for 20 Bookings/week: + $200/mo.
Bonus for 25 Bookings/week: + $350/mo.
