Video Quality Assurance Specialist

Our Video Quality Assurance Specialists (VQASs) This position is responsible for checking all output submitted by the editors. Makes sure all output is of good quality, clean of all glitches and mistakes. Daily management of video quality control and compliance.

The Video Quality Assurance Specialist helps Podetize create podcast videos that meet the needs, expectations, and requirements of the clients' vision. Hence, the VQASs are responsible of the following:
*Full Episode Video
-Notes long pauses and fillers, knows when to cut or retain them to maintain flow.
-Checks if intro and outro bumpers used are correct.
-Makes sure all output are at 1080p resolution.
-Makes sure video is of correct scale.
-Makes sure episode sequence is followed.
-SOP is followed.
-All output is uploaded.
-Checks audio levels.
-All assets in Youtube are correct.
-All links posted are correct.

*Social Share Videos
-Proper grammar and spelling.
-Correct template is used.
-All versions of the social share clips are uploaded.
-Title, headshots, hero image are correct.
-Title/subtitle placements are correct.
-Snippets used are correct (reference from copy team output) and has complete thought.
-Makes sure all links posted are correct.
-For Video ---------- s, verify single camera or active speaker view was used. Verify all episode assets were exported without error

*Full Length Audiogram
-Verify the episode's Final Audio (from our Audio Team) was used.
-Verify the correct title (from our Copy Team). If applicable verify that the hero image and/or guest headshot image (from our Graphics Team) was used.
-Check all formatting and placement, verify that everything looks uniform with the previous Full Length Audiograms created for the same show.

*Social Share Audiogram/Video ---------- s
-Verify the audiogram clips provided by our Audio Team were used. 
-Verify the correct title (from our Copy Team). If applicable verify that the hero image and/or guest headshot image (from our Graphics Team) was used. 
-Check all formatting and placement, verify that everything looks uniform with the previous Social Share Audiogram/Video ---------- s created for the same show.
-Verify that subtitles are verbatim and the spelling is accurate.
-Verify that all assets were placed accordingly, no weird spacing on titles and subs, and proper margins/safe zones were applied.
-For Video ---------- s, verify single camera or active speaker view was used.
Verify all episode assets were exported without error.
