Looking to Hire a Rockstar Etsy Shop Assistant

We are a fast-growing Etsy shop specializing in templates and forms for small business owners. As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team. This role starts as a Shop Assistant, with the potential to quickly advance to Shop Manager based on performance and skill set.

Responsibilities:

Initial Responsibilities:

Understand the nature of our Etsy shop and conduct research on Etsy to come up with data-driven product ideas that we should pursue as a business.
Perform Etsy keyword research to identify optimal keywords, tags, and descriptions for new products.

As You Grow:

Develop and execute strategies to grow the shop based on Etsy marketplace data and our store's performance metrics.
Create and manage new product listings.
Engage with customers by answering inquiries, requesting reviews, handling custom orders, and responding to reviews.
Manage Etsy ad campaigns with a budget of up to $500/day.
(Optional) Drive organic traffic through platforms like Pinterest.

Qualifications:

Proven experience with the tasks listed above.
A growth mindset and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
Familiarity with Etsy SEO and marketing strategies.
(Optional) Experience with Pinterest marketing.
