Your primary responsibility will be to prospect and find clients who are interested in automotive sales and financing. You’ll reach out, qualify leads, and ensure that only high-quality prospects are passed on to our expert sales closers who will take care of presenting options and closing the deals. We need individuals who are fast, efficient, and capable of generating a steady stream of qualified leads for our team.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales and customer service, preferably with experience in automotive sales and financing.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with minimal accent and excellent grammar.
Mindset: A relentless drive for growth, resilience, and a 'can-do' attitude—refusing to take 'no' for an answer.
Efficiency: Ability to quickly find and engage prospects, ensuring high-quality lead generation.
Multitasking: Skilled in managing multiple tasks, staying organized, and delivering quality results under pressure.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound prospecting to find potential clients through calls, SMS, and
Qualify leads to determine their interest and eligibility in automotive financing options.
Pass high-quality leads to our closers, ensuring they have all the necessary information to present options and close deals.
Manage multiple conversations simultaneously and ensure timely follow-ups and lead nurturing.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary + Commission: While there is a competitive base salary, the true earning potential lies in commission—our success and yours depend on closing deals.
Probationary Period: A 2-week probationary period to ensure a mutual fit for the role.
Bonuses: Monthly performance-based bonuses.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 7 PM PST (8-hour shifts with a 1-hour break).
Payment Schedule: Bi-weekly payments.
Requirements:
Proficiency in WhatsApp, Slack, CRM software (experience with GoHighLevel preferred), and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Sheets).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for tracking data, notes, and training resources.
Experience in automotive sales and financing is a strong plus.
