Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Growth:
Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand goals.
Focus on growing our social media presence (Instagram,
Analyze social media trends, audience insights, and performance metrics to adjust strategies for optimal growth.
Content Creation & Reels Editing:
Create and edit compelling, on-brand video content (Reels, TikToks) that aligns with our voice and visual style.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas for Reels and other visual content.
Ensure all content is high-quality, clean, and reflects our brand’s authority.
Engagement & Community Building:
Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
Create and maintain a positive relationship with our audience, fostering a sense of community and trust.
Collaborate with influencers or other brands to expand reach and build authority.
Brand Authority & Consistency:
Ensure all social media content is consistent with the brand’s values, mission, and tone.
Build a clean, professional, and authoritative online presence across all platforms.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media best practices, platform changes, and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong experience with video editing, particularly with Reels and TikTok videos.
Proficiency in using social media management and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Canva, etc.).
Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms (Instagram,
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with followers.
Ability to analyze data and create strategies based on insights.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to stay on-brand.
