JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced administrative assistant with expertise in email management and customer communication. The ideal candidate must have a great eye for detail, a strong grasp of Australian English and extensive experience handling email replies, customer queries, and managing online reviews (Google Reviews).

The role requires someone who is skilled at maintaining customer satisfaction, has excellent logic and problem-solving abilities, and can communicate in a clear, professional, and friendly Australian tone.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to customer emails with speed, precision, and the right tone.
Handle Google reviews by responding promptly and professionally.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and queries effectively.
Use logic and attention to detail when problem-solving in communications.
Coordinate with our team to ensure smooth communication between customers and the company.
Skills Required:

Advanced experience in email management.
Strong command of Australian English.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience with Google Reviews management.
Salary:
Competitive, based on experience and hours worked.
