Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and update data from various sources into our internal systems, ensuring all financial
information is up-to-date and error-free.
• Maintain organized and comprehensive records of loan applications, payments, customer information,
and transaction details.
• Regularly review data entries to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies, implementing quality
control procedures to minimize mistakes.
• Perform detailed reconciliations of financial statements, accounts, and project-related transactions to
ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records through investigation and analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information for reconciliation
processes.
• Prepare and review reconciliation reports, highlighting any issues and providing actionable insights.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to reconciliation activities.
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry, accounting, or reconciliation roles, preferably within the lending or
financial services industry.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• High level of attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all data management and
reconciliation tasks.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in financial data.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
