Video Ads for Home Improvement Companies

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing content creation team, focused on the home improvement industry.

Your primary responsibility will be creating video (and image) ads to publish on facebook ads.

Responsibilities:

- Design and create video and image ads optimized for lead generation on Meta.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Develop multiple ad formats, including static, dynamic, and animated content, to test and refine performance.
- Provide creative input on campaign strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Agency Experience is a plus
- Proven experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing video and image ad work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe, canva, submagic, capcut, etc.
- Experience with social media advertising formats and best practices.
- Strong understanding of design principles for conversion-focused advertising.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
