JOB OVERVIEW

ABOUT THE ROLE
At TradesFormation, we’re looking to expand our team with a Customer Support agent. You will play a key role supporting our clients with various needs, including Service M8 support, video editing, and managing the back end administration of our LMS platform in UpCoach.

This role will be reporting directly to our Head of Customer Support and is a full-time position. We’re after someone who wants a long-term career with our company and lives and breathes service.

DUTIES
Client Support: Assist clients with queries and issues related to Service M8, ensuring they can effectively use the platform to meet their needs.
Video Editing: Edit recorded training footage into high-quality video content as required for training materials and other company needs.
LMS Management: Manage and support the back end of our LMS platform in UpCoach, ensuring content is up-to-date, accessible, and functioning correctly.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, providing clear instructions and solutions to clients.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, support provided, and technical issues resolved.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably within an Australian business or business coaching business.
Extensive knowledge in using the job management system Service M8.
Proficiency in video editing software, especially Loom.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

LOGISTICS
Hours are 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday AEST.
Follow Australian calendar including Public Holidays.
