Position Overview:
We are looking for a Virtual Live Concierge to serve as the welcoming face of Orange Door Spaces through live video chat. As a Virtual Live Concierge, you’ll be available via video call throughout your shift to assist guests and members in real-time. You will help members make the most of their experience by answering questions about our services, providing support on how to use the amenities, and ensuring they feel comfortable in our THIRD SPACE environment. This role requires availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests via video and actively engage with individuals passing by, encouraging them to explore the benefits of Orange Door Spaces.
Be available on video throughout the shift to assist guests and members with questions about the space, amenities, and community guidelines.
Provide guidance on how to access and use the services and amenities at the space.
Assist members with minor troubleshooting (e.g., using Wi-Fi, equipment, or understanding the amenities).
Offer friendly, professional, and personalized service to enhance the experience of our members and guests.
Maintain clear communication with the Guest Services Team to resolve any member issues efficiently.
Document inquiries, concerns, and resolutions for tracking and follow-up.
Coordinate with onsite Orange Door Spaces staff (inform them of guest issues or questions needing in-person assistance)
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English with strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, reception, concierge or customer service.
Tech-Savvy: Ability to use video conferencing tools and navigate software applications (proficient with Google Suite, Slack, etc.). Typing speed of at least 38-40 words per minute.
Reliable Internet Connection: High-speed, stable internet connection for high-quality video interactions.
Availability: Able to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours, including weekends or holidays as required.
Friendly and Professional: You bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction, helping members feel welcomed and supported.
Self-Starter: Motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working as a concierge or receptionist.
Additional language skills are a plus.
