Cold Caller / Appt Setter

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Caller to join our team, focusing on setting appointments with home service businesses. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a similar role, be fluent in English, and preferably have lived in the USA. This position is perfect for someone looking to work part-time in a dynamic and results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to home service businesses to introduce our lead generation services.
Engage potential clients in a conversation to understand their needs and present our unique value proposition.
Schedule appointments for our sales team with qualified leads.
Maintain a detailed record of calls, interactions, and follow-ups using our CRM system.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a cold calling or appointment-setting role.
Fluency in English: Must speak fluent, professional English. Preference will be given to candidates who have lived or worked in the USA.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport over the phone.

Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to handle objections and navigate conversations.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and call tracking software.

Work Ethic: Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed goals.

Availability: Ability to work 4 hours a day, Monday through Thursday, during standard business hours.
