Social Media & Etsy Assistant

As our Social Media & Etsy Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:

Social Media Management & Content Creation

- Design and organize engaging graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) and our Etsy store.
- Source, edit, and produce high-quality reels for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring that content aligns with brand aesthetics and strategy.
- Post content to social media platforms at least 2x per day, engaging with the audience and tracking performance metrics.
- Use AI tools to create and optimize content efficiently or be willing to learn and adapt quickly to new AI technologies for enhanced content creation.
- Upload previous livestreams to transcription software and extract quotes for creating engaging carousels for social media.

Etsy Store Management

- Manage and oversee the Etsy store, including product listings, visual merchandising, and customer interactions.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to develop strategies for sales growth and improve the overall store performance.
- Research current trends and competitor activities to ensure the store remains competitive and aligned with industry best practices.

Knowledge of AI Tools Like Chat GPT, Midjourney and Vidoe editing AI Tools is a bonus!
