Packaging / Graphic Designer

We are looking for an innovative package/graphic designer to work on projects for our full range of products. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is detail-oriented, highly motivated with a positive attitude and is incredibly creative. Must have an intimate knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, as well as, have a strong sense of design and capabilities of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Career Level: Experience 3 years, Non-Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, supporting cross functional team members with new package/design from concept to completion; specifically supporting the New Product Development/Innovation team
Support marketing initiatives such as new product development designs and packaging concepts, presentation needs for sell-in and mock-ups creation
Share art coordination duties with Art Department team
Support Art Department needs to keep the flow of basic business artwork flowing
Job Requirements:

BA/BFA Graphic Design or Package Design
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Expert level CS4 Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop required
Must have experience working with a variety of packaging substrates including but not limited to film, folding cartons, blister packaging, tubes and sprays
Must possess a solid sense of color, design and typography
A positive, team player with a great attitude, who can apply design knowledge and project management skill to get things done
Contributes to the team environment, takes initiative, and offers ideas and solutions to better the work/creative experience
Strong attention to detail
