We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Engineer/Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description:
Are you a creative, talented, and detail-oriented Video Editor looking to make an impact through high-quality content? Western Built Construction is seeking a skilled Video Editor to create compelling visual stories for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, and our company website. If you have a passion for video editing, storytelling, and construction visuals, we'd love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:
A. Create Engaging Video Content:
- Produce and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms to showcase our construction projects, team, and brand story.
- Cut, trim, and compile footage into attention-grabbing content.

B. Post-Production Editing:
- Apply effects, transitions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and voice-overs to enhance the visual storytelling.
- Perform color correction, sound balancing, and ensure the final cut aligns with brand guidelines.

C. Social Media Optimization:
- Customize videos for each platform to optimize viewership (adjust sizes, formats, and durations as needed).
- Add captions, subtitles, and calls-to-action to boost viewer engagement.

D. Collaboration & Storyboarding:
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop ideas for new videos and series.
- Participate in pre-production planning, including storyboarding, scripting, and planning video shoots.

E. Maintain Brand Consistency:
- Ensure all video content aligns with Western Built Construction’s visual and branding guidelines.
- Maintain an organized archive of all video content for easy access.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio or demo reel required).
2. Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
3. Strong creative and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
4. Knowledge of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube).
5. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality content.
6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with tea ---------- mbers.
7. Bonus: Experience with construction or real estate visuals.
