Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager who is knowledgeable and experienced in using Canva to build and maintain visually appealing Instagram and Facebook feeds.

The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring all content aligns with our brand guidelines and engages our audience.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and curate a cohesive and professional Instagram and Facebook feed that aligns with the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
• Create and schedule engaging weekly stories to increase audience interaction and brand visibility.
• Design high-quality visuals using Canva and other graphic design tools that complement our content strategy.
• Align with the marketing and sales teams to ensure all social media content is in sync with the overall marketing plan and campaigns, and appropriately posted across all social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all social media content reflects the brand's tone and messaging.
• Monitor social media metrics and adjust content strategies to maximize engagement and reach.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing Instagram and Facebook feed designs.
• Proficiency in Canva and experience with other graphic design tools such as Figma.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, best practices, and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all posts are consistent with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
