JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly skilled Canva Product Designer who excels at using shortcuts in Canva, has access to Canva Pro, and can efficiently manage product files. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro to merge PDFs, rearrange pages, and add important documents like thank-you pages and terms of service. You will be responsible for preparing and uploading final products to Dropbox and listing them on our Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) shop, including creating eye-catching covers and product descriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Design in Canva: Create high-quality, polished digital products using Canva Pro.
Efficiency: Use Canva shortcuts to streamline the design process and complete tasks quickly.
PDF Management: Merge, rearrange, and finalize PDF files in Adobe Acrobat Pro, ensuring the inclusion of thank-you pages and terms of service.
Dropbox Uploads: Save finalized products and upload them to Dropbox for storage and use.
TPT Listing: List products on the TPT shop, including:
Creating professional product covers.
Writing product descriptions and relevant details.
Adding appropriate tags and categorizing products for the marketplace.
Quality Control: Ensure all products are formatted correctly, are visually appealing, and meet our brand standards.
File Organization: Maintain a well-organized Dropbox for easy access to all product files.
Skills and Qualifications:

Expert in Canva Pro: Strong understanding of design principles and a keen eye for detail.
Canva Shortcuts: Ability to use shortcuts in Canva to speed up the workflow.
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Pro: Experience merging and managing PDFs, including adding and rearranging pages.
TPT Knowledge: Familiarity with creating product listings on Teachers Pay Teachers, including covers, descriptions, and categorization.
File Management: Ability to manage and organize files in Dropbox for easy access and efficiency.
Attention to Detail: Ensure all elements of the product are accurate, well-designed, and brand-consistent.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Compensation:

Full-time position starting at $2.50/hour.
Bonuses available at the 3-month and 9-month marks, based on proven value and performance.
Payment is made monthly at the end of each month via PayPal or Wise.
