Looking for Design Assistant - Indesign and Photoshop

I am looking for an assistant to help our firm mainly using Indesign for our Proposals that we send out. You will need to know Adobe products well and to be able to mainly work on USA hours. I am looking for full time help.

As example of a job task would be to take a resume and reformat similar to our design standards. I am looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience with design, mainly indesign. Please let me know your skill set.
