I need a graphic designer to create high-converting static image ads for Meta.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design visually appealing, high-converting static image ads for Meta using Canva Pro.
- Create ad variations based on what's working
- Ensure that all designs adhere to Meta’s advertising guidelines and best practices.
- Work directly with DracoSlides Media buyer and content teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience.
- Continuously optimize designs based on performance data and feedback.

Requirements:

- Proven experience designing static image ads for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
- Proficiency in Canva Pro.
- Strong understanding of Meta’s advertising guidelines and specs.
- Creative flair with a keen eye for color, typography, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
