Data Entry Assistant for Shopify, Facebook Ads (Google Sheets)

We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to assist with data entry related to our Facebook ad campaigns and ---------- store. This role is essential in tracking and maintaining our performance data across platforms, with potential to grow into a media buying role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Input key performance data from Facebook Ads Manager, including metrics such as ad spend, budget, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
Record and organize sales data from Shopify, including the number of purchases, total sales amount, and other relevant metrics.
Maintain and update custom Google Sheets to ensure the accuracy and organization of data.
Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of Facebook ad campaigns and ---------- sales.

Key Requirements:

Experience with Facebook Ads Manager: You should be comfortable navigating Ads Manager and pulling key metrics like ad spend, CTR, CPC, and conversions.

Familiarity with Shopify: Prior experience working with Shopify stores is highly preferred, particularly in tracking and managing sales data.

Basic Google Sheets Skills: While advanced formula skills aren’t required, basic familiarity with sorting, filtering, and simple formulas is needed.

Media Buying Knowledge: Experience in Facebook media buying is a plus, as it will help you understand the data we track. This role may also expand to include media buying tasks in the future.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail is critical to ensure that all data entries are correct and up to date.
Commitment:

Approximately 3 hours per day to start, with the potential for increased hours as we scale our advertising and sales operations.
