Looking for Wordpress Expert - Part time - Great long-term opportunity

We are currently in need of a Wordpress expert to install a specific WP template (https://themeforest.net/item/couponxxl-deals-coupons-discounts-wp-theme/14744839?s_rank=16), optimize it, configure it and later on help us with updates and additional configurations/add ons.

This means that the job consists of a one time installment and afterwards continuous updates, fixes and improvements.
We will start out with basic functionality that is included in the theme but later on we will want to add specific and custom made functions and widgets. We need you to be able to handle both aspects of the job.
