SEO Optimization on WP Site

We have a wordpress website with a few dozen pages that will have to be gone through and optimized with a list of key words I will be providing. You will mainly be organizing header tags and creating new ones and at times editing paragraph content. All SEO best practices will need to be used.
You will need to have a live interview with me over Zoom or Google Meets.
Good performance with this task would lead to future full time employment with us.
