We are a Washington D.C.-based firm specializing in commercial real estate sales, leasing and property management. We are seeking an Internet Researcher and Database Builder to support our growth and help us maintain accurate market data and owner/buyer contact information.

This role will utilize research techniques & online platforms to find valuable data across the commercial real estate industry. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, the ability to learn quickly, and a commitment to growth with our company. You should have a passion for research, data management, and continuous learning.
This is a fully remote, part-time position.

Compensation:
• Weekly pay - from $3.50 to $6.00/hour.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in internet research, data collection, or similar roles.
• Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to navigate multiple online resources, databases, and public records to gather information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Interest or background in commercial real estate is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough online research to identify potential commercial real estate properties, owners, and key decision-makers.
• Build, organize, and maintain databases in Excel or CRM software with information on property details, contact information, and ownership.
• Assist in data mining, list building, and lead generation efforts for various sales and marketing initiatives.
• Plus: Possess the ability to build automated scripts for new property listings to populate the database.
• Collaborate with the brokerage team to understand target markets and provide actionable insights.
