? Key Responsibilities:
??Social Media Marketing (50%)
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as
- Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, posting, and scheduling to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Create engaging multimedia content (text, images, video) that aligns with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Engage with the online community by responding to messages, comments, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., for content generation, trend analysis) to enhance social media strategies.
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Prepare monthly reports on key social media metrics and campaign performance.

??IT Support & Management (20%)
- Maintain and troubleshoot day-to-day IT issues, including hardware, software, network, and security concerns.
- Manage company
- Oversee and optimize website performance and troubleshoot any technical issues related to the website and hosting.
- Support the implementation and management of digital tools and platforms, including CRM, cloud storage, and project management software.
- Assist in software installations, updates, and license management to ensure operational efficiency.
- Implement data backup, recovery solutions, and disaster recovery plans.
- Develop and implement automation processes using AI and programming for system optimization, data management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and contractors for specialized IT support when necessary.
?Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in virtual assistance, preferably in Real Estate
- Proven experience in social media management,
- Experience in IT support, system administration, and programming.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn,
- Experience with
- Knowledge of website management tools (WordPress, Wix, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, tools, and applications in marketing,
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or others relevant to AI and IT processes.
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, PPC advertising, and automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency with office management tools, CRM systems, and task management software.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information with discretion.
