Virtual Assistant

Job Title: Virtual Assistant (Fluent in English)

Job Description: We are seeking a highly personable, fluent English-speaking Virtual Assistant to support with key tasks in social media outreach, lead nurturing, call setting, email marketing, and CRM management. The ideal candidate is easy to work with, detail-oriented, and proactive in ensuring deadlines and targets are met. This role involves working closely with our team to manage outbound messaging, follow-up communication, and providing detailed reports.

Responsibilities:

- Send daily outbound messages on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook to connect with leads.
- Follow up with leads and manage lead nurturing processes to build relationships.
- Manage client CRM system (Go High Level) to track leads and interactions.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting and scheduling emails.
- Provide weekly summary reports on messages sent, leads contacted, and calls booked.
- Handle and analyze Instagram analytics to inform strategy.
- Maintain secure access to login information, treating all data with sensitivity and care.
- Regularly send invoices with detailed time stamps to account for work done.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Personable and easy to work with, displaying a proactive and positive attitude.
- Must have great quality English speaking skills.
- Experience as a Virtual Assistant or Setter in social media settings (preferred).
- Experience with Go High-Level CRM or similar systems (This is not essential but preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to hit targets and KPIs consistently.
- Must maintain strict confidentiality with all client login information and data.


Pay:

Starting rate: $ ---------- USD per month, depending on experience and skill set.
