Midknight Solutions is Hiring: TIER 2-4 TECHNICAL SUPPORT (MSP EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct technical support to clients, addressing a variety of IT issues.
-Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking problems efficiently.
-Collaborate with Tier 1 techs to provide advanced troubleshooting and guidance.
-Document all tickets, solutions, and client interactions for accurate tracking.
-Assist in maintaining and implementing IT systems and infrastructure improvements.
-Create and update knowledge base articles to streamline team efficiency.
-Continuously participate in training to enhance your technical expertise.
Qualifications:
* 2-4 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
* Solid understanding of networking, Windows and Mac OS, and cloud services.
* Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.
What We Offer:
- Training Invitation Allowance: Get Php 15,000 plus an additional Php 5,000 for perfect attendance during the first 30-60 days of training.
- Competitive Salary: After successful completion of training, enjoy a salary range of Php 20,000 to Php 35,000, depending on experience and skill level.
