Senior Full Stack Developer (Part-Time/Project Basis)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team on a part-time or project-to-project basis. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for leading the architecture, development, and optimization of various web-based solutions for our clients, ensuring high performance, scalability, and user experience.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure web applications from front-end to back-end.
- Lead the development process, including both front-end and back-end development, using technologies like WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and others.
- Build and maintain databases, including schema design, optimization, and query performance (SQL and NoSQL).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Ensure responsive and mobile-friendly design and implementation.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and enforce coding standards.
- Debug and resolve issues related to performance, functionality, and usability.
- Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in full stack development and cloud technologies.
- Manage client communication regarding technical progress, deliverables, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of completed web development projects.
- Expertise in front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., WordPress, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, etc.).
- Deep understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and web development best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Experience working with North American clients is a plus.
- Experience with Webflow, Bricks Builder is a plus.

Location:
Remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.
