Catalog Data Analyst

Comprehensive management of automotive catalog data for a specified group of products

Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English):
MS Excel
MS Access
Ability to produce required deliverables in an environment requiring ownership, critical thinking, and self-motivation
Ability to perform detailed data analysis

Preferred or Equivalent:
Associate or bachelor’s degree
GMCCA IMS (ERAPA) Knowledge
PIM experience
Knowledge of ACES and PIES (Auto Care Association Data Standards)
Automotive aftermarket parts and application data knowledge


Responsible for all ACES data for assigned product lines
Complete knowledge and understanding of assigned product lines
Review data (i.e., catalogs, product data, application data, etc.) for ways to continuously improve
Troubleshoot/Investigate data issues
Add/Maintain print indicators on all parts
Investigate parts without ACES data
Complete ECAs and PACNs
Analyze, work, and make changes to the application data based on cataloging audits
Upload and import files to PartSmart
Communicate data issues to the OE specifications group
Participate in product tea ---------- etings for ongoing products and new product launches
Perform part branding
Process catalog data audit and error reports from catalog vendors, adjust data, and respond back to report sender
Work with suppliers to communicate data issues
Complete special projects as required
