Project Manager

We are a fast-growing company based in Singapore, focused on expanding our presence in the Amazon FBA space. Currently active in the US and UK markets, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help build and lead our Amazon team as we expand into Canada and other regions.

Our goal is to build a portfolio of thoughtfully designed kitchenware and arts & crafts products that emphasize innovation and functionality. We're seeking candidates with extensive Amazon FBA experience who are capable of managing the tasks outlined below without the need for training. Additionally, candidates should be open to working on non-Amazon-related tasks as we aim to cultivate leadership within our team.

### Key Responsibilities:
- Create, document, and organize business processes and SOPs in Notion.
- Manage projects: plan, break down projects into actionable tasks with timelines, and track progress using Gantt charts.
- Assign tasks to VAs and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct start- and end-of-week check-ins with part-time VAs and daily check-ins with full-time VAs.
- Train VAs on relevant tasks.
- Conduct product research & validation.
- Create and document product specifications.
- Update and monitor inventory levels
- Communicate with suppliers, coordinate samples, and manage pre-shipment inspections.
- Oversee product packaging, design, photography, and videography.
- Generate FNSKU barcodes, shipping plans, and carton labels.
- Write product listings.
- Plan and optimize PPC campaigns.
- Implement and manage rules in Scale Insights.
- Submit weekly reports on project progress, key business metrics, inventory monitoring, and restock plans.

- Communication Tools: Zoom & Skype (functional camera and microphone required), Wechat, Whatsapp, Email
- Stable internet connection

### Resources Provided:
- Support from part-time VAs in Amazon operations, PPC, and graphic design.
- Budget for hiring freelancers on Fiverr upon request.

### Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Prior experience in environments with documented business processes is preferred.
- Ability to create reports and communicate data insights.
- Strong understanding of strategy and operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new requirements and changing situations.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Prior experience in an Amazon agency is a plus.

### Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 10 am - 6 pm
- Friday: 10 am - 5 pm

### Work Expectations:
- Use of Timeproof software for tracking work hours.
- Daily start-of-day and end-of-day check-ins.
- Weekly start-of-week and end-of-week check-ins.
- Ability to manage part-time VAs and freelancers, understanding that they may work asynchronously.
- Available on Email, WhatsApp, WeChat, Skype, Zoom and Google Meet

### Compensation & Benefits:
- $900/month
- Year-end bonus
- 14 days of annual leave.
