Website Developer pecializing in Lead Gen + SEO

Seeking someone to assist in the development of a professional website for me, a public adjuster based in Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience in web design, social media management, and SEO optimization. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of how to create a professional online presence.

Responsibilities:
Design and develop a clean, user-friendly, and professional website tailored for a Public Adjusting business
Ensure the website is SEO-friendly (on-page SEO optimization, keyword research, etc.)
Set up and optimize an Instagram page to reflect the brand and attract potential clients
Incorporate key features into the website, including contact forms, service pages, testimonials, and a blog section
Integrate social media links and essential information into the website
Work with the business owner to refine branding elements (logo, color schemes, etc.)
Perform regular updates, security checks, and maintenance of the website
Create a content calendar for the Instagram page and assist with initial posts and hashtags
Provide insights on driving organic traffic to both the website and Instagram page

Requirements:
Proven experience in website development
Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools
Experience with social media management, particularly Instagram
Strong graphic design skills (for creating website visuals and Instagram posts)
Knowledge of branding, UX/UI design, and digital marketing
Excellent communication skills and the ability to take initiative
Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
