Customer Service Officer

We are an Australian based Ecommerce business, looking for a full-time person to join our team. Must have at least 2 years experience, and must be proficient in programs such as Shopify, and Gorgias. This role will require handling customer questions within the Gorgias platform, and working closely with our team based in Australia and the Philippines. Likely hours would be Tuesday-Saturday, starting at 10am - 6:30pm AEST. This would allow for crossover with our team in Australia.
You must be proficient at typing, time management and have excellent communications skills.
