Hi there I am looking to purchase a residential cleaning company. The key is I want the business to hit all these check points.

1: The cashflow of the business must be $60,000
2: They must be willing to work with some sort of seller financing, will be a larger deposit down
3: This is a HUGE one, their google my business pages, marketing, website have to be poorley managed or optimized (where we will be able to take adavantage and turn an even higher roi
4: Bonus if they are retiring and the business is semi absentee

So what you will be doing is creating a spreadsheet and contacting all of the business for sale that hit these parameters. This can include BizbuySell but it also can include smaller scale websites or even facebook. This is where the gems can be.
