At Swifty, we're seeking enthusiastic and experienced Sales Associates / Appointment Setters to help us serve our clients in the martial arts industry all across the USA / CANADA. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for selling our tailored 2/4/6 week class trial to potential clients. You will be talking to parents who are interested in enrolling their kids in martial arts programs or talking to adults who are looking to learn a new skill (whether self defense or training for a competition). If you're motivated and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll be responsible for:
• Engage with leads in our clients' databases to present and sell martial art trial programs.
• Convert leads to sales via text, phone, email and DMs
• Follow up daily with clients via SMS and Phone Call (scripts provided)
• Collaborate with a diverse team to drive results and meet sales targets.

What you need to have:
• Inbound/Outbound sales experience is required
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Must have excellent grammar
• Must have excellent written conversational English skills
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week in US timezones
• Must have a working laptop/PC set-up
• Must have a stable and backup internet connection & electricity with adequate back-ups in case of outages
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about helping others to get healthy and fit
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Google Sheets
-Bonus: If you know martial arts language such as muay thai, BJJ, taekwondo, etc

We pay between $4 to $7 USD per hour depending on experience. We offer bonuses based on performance and lots of room for growth. Your onboarding period will include training materials and live training sessions with our Sales Trainer. This position starts part-time (3-5 hours per day), but will turn into a Full-Time Position (8+ hours) once you complete training and demonstrate that you are able to handle more clients.
