I need help copying information from Receipts to Excel

I have thousands of receipts I would like to extract data such as Date, Amount, Location and Store to an excel. This is not complicated, it is simply copy and paste job but does require time to do. Since each receipts will take less than 15-30 seconds to do, this job pay will be based on per receipts you do and price is negotiable. I am only setting the budget because I have to put in a number, but since I have thousands of receipts that needs to be done and more I am adding everyday, I am not sure how much it will cost at the end.
