Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across both Britt Creative’s brand and our client accounts. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies on multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost website traffic. The ideal candidate is a savvy social media user with a keen eye for detail, a flair for storytelling, and a data-driven approach to optimizing content and campaigns.

Responsibilities
Strategy Development: Design, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies for Britt Creative and client accounts, aligning with business objectives and target audiences.

Content Creation: Collaborate with our in-house design and video editing team to create high-quality, engaging, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and written posts for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships for Britt Creative and clients to maximize reach and impact.

Community Engagement: Actively engage with audiences across platforms, responding to comments and messages promptly and fostering a positive online community for both Britt Creative and client brands.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and report on social media performance for Britt Creative and client accounts using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and SocialPilot. Use insights to optimize content, engagement, and strategy.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams within Britt Creative, including Marketing, Sales, and Product, as well as client teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across channels.

Trend Analysis: Stay informed on social media trends, tools, and technologies, and adapt strategies to remain innovative and competitive in both agency and client accounts.

Paid Advertising: Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns within budget, including retargeting and audience segmentation strategies for Britt Creative and select client accounts.

Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role managing multiple brand accounts.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:
Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content creation skills.
Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Experience with social media management tools (SocialPilot, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines across multiple brand accounts.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with paid social advertising, particularly on Facebook and Instagram.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics and content management systems (CMS).
