We are seeking a part-time, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires 2-3 hours of work daily and focuses on managing and curating content across our social media platforms, specifically
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and curate content for:
1. Our business
- Home Anniversaries
- Alert posts: Just Listed, Open House, Under Contract, Closing Table, Closing Story, and Just Sold
2. Milestone posts
- Video Testimonial Interviews
3. Reviews posts
4. VIP Clients Club posts
5. Video Collages
6. Public
7. Personal
8. Birthday posts /
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Create and schedule engaging posts
2. Respond to audience interactions and messages
3. Track and analyze performance metrics to improve social media presence
4. Collaborate with company leadership to ensure content aligns with brand voice and goals
5. Graphic design tasks for social media posts
6. Managing social media ad campaigns
7. Perform basic administrative tasks related to social media management
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
2. Excellent knowledge of
3. Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
4. Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design
5. Familiarity with real estate marketing is a PLUS
6. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
