We are looking for a part-time Restaurant Support Representative who will play a vital role in maintaining seamless communication with restaurants. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting restaurants daily to verify order details, ensuring accurate order placement, and assisting with support-related tasks. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring that every order is on track for timely pickup and delivery.
Hours: 4 hours/day (10 AM - 2 PM Central Time)
Compensation: $6 per hour
Responsibilities
Represent us in a professional, courteous manner
Understand the brands, voice and tone and express it in written and verbal communications
Provide prompt resolution to issues
Work with various internal teams to identify and troubleshoot issues
Additional support-related tasks
Communicating order changes to customers/restaurants
Driver correspondence
Processing payments
Requirements
Strong desire to learn about the customer and or restaurant, understand their problem, and provide appropriate solution
Great communicator with excellent writing skills
Tech savvy; can troubleshoot general online and mobile issues and clearly communicate solutions/problems
Ability to multi-task effectively
Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup, and time-sensitive environment
Customer-centric with the ability to maintain composure during escalated/stressful situations
Empathetic; you look forward to assisting and resolving any inquiries/concerns to the best of your abilities
Ability to work in a team atmosphere AND work independently
Act with a high sense of urgency, care, and attention to detail
