Job Overview:
The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding employees, administering health benefits, managing 401k plans, and handling other HR-related duties. This remote position requires excellent communication skills, a high level of organization, and experience in HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, compliance, and orientation
- Manage employee offboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to company policies
- Administer health benefits programs and 401k plans, answering employee inquiries and ensuring proper documentation
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist with other HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and policy updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to support company-wide HR initiatives
