We’re looking for a highly motivated A-Player who:
Has previous experience in the outbound sales process or booking appointments
Has a strong mindset and understand it takes patience to build a very profitable skill
Has some sort of knowledge in the digital marketing space
Has excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (English)
Is eager to learn and wants to make a difference (mission driven)
Has a strong ability to listen and understand what is needed
Is passionate about helping others reach new levels or goals
Is excellent with details and follow-thru to completion of projects
This position will focus on engaging new potential clients on various social media platforms to gain ‘like and trust’, and schedule a call with one of our sales team advisors.
You will spend about 80% of your time in communication via text conversations with potential clients - so it’s important that you enjoy connecting with people.

What We Offer:
Competitive Base Pay: $500 per month, paid monthly.
Lucrative Commission: Earn $50 for every deal closed from the appointments you set.
Example: Close 5 clients and you earn your $500 base pay plus $250 in monthly commissions for as long as they remain clients!
Performance Bonuses: Additional $50 bonuses when you hit monthly targets (e.g., 60 appointments booked, 6-10 deals closed).
Unlimited Earning Potential: The more motivated you are, the more you earn—no cap on commissions!
Flexible Working Hours: Work 8 hours per day at times that suit you best—as long as the work gets done, you're in control.
