Affiliate Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) - ClickMagick Setup & Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in managing multiple affiliate markets to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be to configure and manage affiliate marketing campaigns using ClickMagick across various affiliate platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in affiliate tracking, campaign optimization, and a solid understanding of ClickMagick’s tools and features, while being adept at managing campaigns in different affiliate networks.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and configure ClickMagick tracking links, split tests, and rotators for affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple affiliate networks.
Monitor and manage the performance of campaigns in different affiliate markets, ensuring accurate tracking of conversions, clicks, and sales.
Implement and optimize tracking pixels, postbacks, and UTM parameters for affiliate offers across various platforms.
Regularly analyze campaign data from different markets and provide insights to improve performance, optimize conversions, and increase ROI.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to affiliate tracking and reporting across multiple affiliate platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align ClickMagick setup with overall campaign strategies and goals for each affiliate market.
Create and maintain comprehensive reports on campaign performance using ClickMagick’s analytics and reporting tools, segmented by affiliate market.
Assist in testing and validating affiliate links and offers to ensure correct tracking before launching campaigns in various markets.
Stay updated with the latest affiliate marketing trends and ClickMagick features to ensure optimal campaign configuration for each market.
Provide ad hoc support for other affiliate marketing tasks and markets as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in affiliate marketing across multiple affiliate platforms and markets, with specific expertise in ClickMagick or similar tracking platforms.
Strong understanding of affiliate tracking, split testing, and campaign optimization across different affiliate networks.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions for campaigns across multiple markets.
Familiarity with tracking pixels, postbacks, UTM parameters, and various affiliate networks.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis, segmented by affiliate market.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and markets simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of other affiliate marketing platforms and tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing affiliate campaigns across diverse markets (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, finance, health, etc.).
Experience with digital marketing, including PPC, SEO, and email marketing, is advantageous.
Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies for multiple markets.
Familiarity with WordPress, landing page builders, and other marketing tools.
