Important: This position requires full-week availability: 5 days a week (you will need to work WEEKENDS as well, this availability is a must). Applicants should also be ready to take NIGHT SHIFTS throughout the week.

Job Title:

Customer follow-up assistant in a startup for a dating affiliate marketing platform.

Responsibilities:

-Handle daily follow-ups with customers who have stopped responding, so that they become engaged again
-Personalize and send messages based on customer interaction history
-Track responses and provide feedback for system updates
-Collaborate with the team and manager to refine messaging strategies
-Entry-level job

Requirements:

1. High English level:

-Spoken, reading, and writing (typing skills as well)
-Excellent grammar and spelling
-Flexible, can-do attitude, an excellent level of adaptation, and the will to learn something new (The platform is very new).
-Familiar with regular job expectations and seriousness for the role

2. Experience in other sites in the same industry, sales, telemarketing, or customer support

3. Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining quality.

4. Experience in any CRM tool or willingness to learn (computer savvy)


Schedule availability:

-You will be working 5 days a week--including weekends
-You will not have a set shift or schedule for the day you are scheduled to work, but you need to reach the minimum goal.
