JOB OVERVIEW

At Blue Waves Digital, we're a fast growing team that values loyalty, respect, clear communication, and a love for learning. As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be instrumental in optimizing our e-commerce stores and contributing to our growth and success.

* half-time to start and the opportunity to quickly increase to full-time. long-term position!

This position is responsible for answering customer e-mails & managing returns at our e-commerce stores (europe / german market)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will answer all customer support emails / tickets
- You will help our customers with returns / forward to our logistics team
- You will check incoming orders for accuracy
- You will translate the incoming messages using deepl (our customers will need the answer in their language)
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings
- Be pro-active and take initiative for the benefit of the team and the company.
- Perform any task assigned by immediate supervisor/manager.

RESULTS:
- Completion of tasks on or before the due date
- All emails are answered correctly
- Achieve targeted KPI´s
- Happy customers

REQUIREMENTS:
- Be good at customer support
- Motivated, energetic with a can do attitude
- Min. english speaker

Technology Requirements:
- Knowledgeable with editing photo’s
- Knowledge of deepL / translations (german language)
