We are seeking an experienced Amazon Operations Specialist to join our team and take full ownership of managing and optimizing our Amazon presence across multiple global marketplaces (UK, EU, USA). This is a full-time role with a long-term commitment, offering an opportunity to grow within our dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all Amazon operational activities with full accountability.
Develop and optimize product listings for various Amazon marketplaces (UK, EU, USA), including A+ Premium content for both desktop and mobile.
Expertly manage and optimize listings using Amazon FLAT FILES, ensuring data accuracy and performance improvements.
Conduct split testing on product pages to drive optimization.
Monitor and analyze Amazon KPIs and metrics such as conversion rates (unit session %), Best Sellers Rank (BSR), and daily sessions, and provide actionable insights.
Leverage Amazon ranking and keyword tracking tools like Helium 10 (H10) and Jungle Scout to improve product visibility.
Create and manage vouchers, promotions, deals, coupons, and other brand-specific offers to enhance sales.
Perform daily audits of all listings to ensure they are live, fully functional, and compliant with marketplace requirements.
Address any issues by raising support tickets with Amazon and ensure quick resolution.
Stay up-to-date on Amazon policies, rules, and marketplace changes to maintain compliance.
Manage Amazon inventory and coordinate all Amazon FBA inbound shipments for the UK, EU, and USA markets.
Generate commercial invoices for UK to EU/USA shipments, ensuring accurate INCOTERMS (DDP) and consignee/seller details.
Respond to Amazon customer inquiries within 24 hours to ensure excellent customer service.
Collaborate with Amazon influencers to drive brand awareness and product promotion.
Understand and manage key aspects of supply chain and logistics for Amazon, including inbound shipments and inventory control.
Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to align Amazon activities with overall business goals and ensure smooth communication.
Play an integral role in our team, helping grow our Amazon marketplaces and our business as a whole.
Note: This role does not involve managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon listings across multiple marketplaces, including the EU.
Proficiency in using Amazon tracking and optimization tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Sellerboard, etc.
Competency in tools like ClickUp, Excel, Canva, and/or Adobe Photoshop.
Familiarity with Amazon Freight and Amazon Global Logistics.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Willingness to undertake relevant courses to stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon strategies.
Experience with Slack and other communication tools.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
Working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM (UK London hours).
