Blog Posting/Blog Submission

Looking for someone who has posted blogs / submitted blogs to sites for SEO purposes. I will handle creating the blog posts, your job will be finding the best places to submit blogs to and handling that process. Part time for just blog posting but if you know other SEO practices I can make it full time.
