MailChimp Specialist

I'm looking for someone to help me design monthly email marketing campaigns of existing clients/leads so we can try to cross sell other insurance products. Looking for someone who can help with managing my campaigns, increase the "Open" ratios, allow for higher conversions. We would like someone who knows how to build funnels as well as manage replying to the emails.
