We are UK based property crowdfunding portal opening into global market of property investments. We are looking for Business Development Support to join our team.

We looking for people who are hungry for knowledge about new raising industry of property crowdfunding, people with open mind and great working attitude.

Your responsibilities:
• Expanding your knowledge about the world of real estate in the UK
• Being up to date with everything that is happening in real estate crowdfunding
• Cooperating with our Online Support Team and Business Development Support Team
• Dealing directly by the phone ( cold calling, first point of contact )
• Organize workflow to meet Investors time frames and different time zones
• Customer Care
• Preparing documentation
• Research
• Maintain database
• Interact with Investors in response to inquiries, concerns and requests

Our requirements :

• Experience (at least 1 year) in customer service/ sales representative/customer care/call center
• Oriented towards B2C and B2B
• C1/C2 knowledge of English is a must – ability to communicate in English with ease will
• be the first thing checked during the interview
• Strong communication ( verbal and written ) and interpersonal skills, positive attitiude
• Initiative
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Goal orientation
• Willingness to learn and improve


Hours of work - 45 hours include 5 hours breaks of 3 shifts
