Minimalist Motion Graphics Animator (Dan Koe Style)

We’re looking for a highly creative Motion Graphics Animator with a deep understanding of minimalist design, kinetic typography, and narrative-driven animation—similar to the iconic style of Dan Koe.

? What You’ll Do:

Create short-form animated videos (15–60 seconds) for social media and web
Design and animate in a minimalist, high-contrast black-and-white style
Sync animations with voiceovers or scripts to clearly communicate complex ideas
Deliver clean, consistent visuals aligned with brand tone and content strategy
Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams



???? Tools You’re Proficient With:

Adobe After Effects (preferred)
CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools welcome if workflow matches
Figma/Illustrator (for asset prep) is a plus

Can replicate or adapt Dan Koe–style visuals and motion
Have strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail
Understand the rhythm of short-form content and pacing
Can manage fast turnarounds without sacrificing quality
Have a reel or examples of similar past work

Have experience in self-help, entrepreneurship, or digital creator content
Can also script or storyboard concepts for videos
Are comfortable using AI tools to streamline production.
